SONO STUDIO is a desktop-based software for managing your measurement data, running statistics, com­paring measurement series and documenting modern hardness-testing methods such as UCI (Ultrasonic Contact Impedance) and Leeb (rebound method).

Assign application images
The SONODUR 3 can take and save high-resolution photo(s) of the respective task/application, while measuring with the UCI or Leeb app. Later, when a mea­surement report is generated in SONO STUDIO, the images are recognized in the system and automatically assigned to the correct measurement log.

Process parameters as QR code
Storing process parameters, such as the adjustment number or tolerance thresholds, not only makes setup faster, it ensures consistency. With the QR code function, predefined process parameters for unlimited tasks and materials can be saved as QR codes that can then be attached to work instructions, production docu­ments or anywhere desired. The operator simply scans the QR code using SONODUR 3 and the corresponding process parameters are loaded into the device.

Data series comparison
With SONO STUDIO you can compare measurement series against each other. Via intuitively guided comparison graphics, e.g. contrasting different batches with one other, the operator can quickly draw conclusions about e.g. changes in the heat treatment process and take action to stabilize the process.

Protocol
The intelligently designed measurement report guides the operator intuitively through the short creation process. It is possible to adapt your corporate design and to predefine text passages in general. Pictures and graphics can be added. This creates a suitable document to increase your quality assurance.
